Apricot Cornflakes Chocolate Bar

This recipe yields 5 eggless portion. Made using just a few ingredients, this chocolaty crunchy bar is the easiest thing you’ll make !!

Apricot Cornflakes Chocolate Bar

  • Firstly line a 26 cm by 10 cm rectangle ring with double cling wrap then butter paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cornflakes, brown sugar, dried apricots.
  • Now pour melted chocolate along with melted butter over the cornflakes – apricot mixture and gently fold them.
  • Mix well, until all the cornflakes and apricots are coated with chocolate.
  • Now pour the mixture into the lined ring and smoothen it out with a spatula then cover with cling wrap and press to give an even surface.
  • Let it set in the freezer for 30 – 35 minutes.

Assembly

  • Once set, cut it into 5 equal parts.
  • Now drizzle melted chocolate over the bars and finish off by sprinkling cornflakes and chopped apricots.
