Apricot Cornflakes Chocolate Bar

This recipe yields 5 eggless portion. Made using just a few ingredients, this chocolaty crunchy bar is the easiest thing you’ll make !!

Firstly line a 26 cm by 10 cm rectangle ring with double cling wrap then butter paper.
In a bowl, mix cornflakes, brown sugar, dried apricots.
Now pour melted chocolate along with melted butter over the cornflakes – apricot mixture and gently fold them.
Mix well, until all the cornflakes and apricots are coated with chocolate.
Now pour the mixture into the lined ring and smoothen it out with a spatula then cover with cling wrap and press to give an even surface.
Let it set in the freezer for 30 – 35 minutes.

Assembly

Once set, cut it into 5 equal parts.
Now drizzle melted chocolate over the bars and finish off by sprinkling cornflakes and chopped apricots.
