Cookie Dough Method

  • Preheat the oven at 180˚C (OTG mode: upper rod + lower rod + fan). Line a baking tray with butterpaper or silicon mat.
  • In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  • In another bowl using a spatula, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Now add milk, vanilla essence to it and mix.
  • Add the sifted flour mix to the creamed butter mix and combine well to form a dough.
  • Now divide the dough equally into 8 balls, approximately weighing 20 g each.
  • Place the cookies on a lined baking tray and press the centre with thumb to give its impression.
  • Bake at 180˚C (OTG mode: upper rod + lower rod + fan) for 10 – 12 minutes.

  • Once the cookies cool down a bit, fill the impression with Nutella.
  • Finish off by brushing the sides of the cookies with Nutella and then sticking roasted chopped hazelnuts.
