Oreo Brownie Squares

This recipe yields 9 eggless portions. These fudgy brownies loaded with oreos are definitely a treat for everyone !!!

Brownie Batter

  • Preheat the oven at 180˚C (OTG mode: upper rod + lower rod + fan). Grease and line a 6-inch square tin with butterpaper and keep aside.
  • In a bowl melt chocolate and butter together. Now add condensed milk, vanilla essence and sugar to it, mix well.
  • In a new bowl, sift in flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add it to the above mixture and mix well.
  • Now add in warm water and mix to form a smooth batter. Lastly fold in roughly crushed oreos (save some portion of crushed oreos for garnish).
  • Pour the batter in the lined tin. Top it with somes oreos and bake it at 180˚C (OTG mode: lower rod only) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at centre comes out clean, with a few moist crumbs.
  • Once baked, let the brownie cool down, and then refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours, before cutting.
  • Demold the cooled brownie and with the help of a knife, cut into 9 squares.
